Electro-Deposited Painting (EDP)
Electro-Deposited Painting (EDP) is a process of metal coating the surface by an electrical conductor via the use of electricity, used in various industry to apply the metal coating parts. For automotive industry, it has been widely used to coat bodies and parts of motorcycle, passenger cars and trucks. The key of EDP technique was the addition of a specific chemical group to the nonionic polymer molecule, to produce anti corrosive graphene coatings on metals.
